Parsons Landing offers two bedroom suites in five different two bedroom suite layouts to suit your needs. Heat and water are included in the rent. Parsons Landing also offers one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and three bedroom suites. The units feature fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, walk-in closet and in-suite storage. Furnished suites, with linens and fully equipped kitchens, are available for an additional $100 per month. Enjoy the convenience of heated, underground parking in the winter. For a limited time, receive one free surface or underground parking stall when you sign a one year lease. Small pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee. Parsons Landing is a quiet building located in the desirable neighbourhood of Timberlea, within walking distance of Independent Grocer and other shops and services. Leasing office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and after hours by arrangement. Professionally managed by Shelter Canadian Properties Limited.
