For a limited time, receive one free surface parking stall when you sign a one year lease. Your small pet is welcome for a non-refundable pet fee. You'll love our location in Timberlea where you are close to everything urban but in mere minutes can be walking, running or cross country skiing the Birchwood Trails. For your comfort and convenience, Nelson Ridge Estates offers secure buildings, on-site management and responsive, friendly maintenance staff. Leasing office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and after hours by arrangement. Professionally managed by Shelter Canadian Properties Limited.
