Make your new home at Millennium Village, with more than 1,000 square feet of comfortable and attractive space, a spacious patio or balcony and two parking stalls. The suites include refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and in-suite laundry. Furnished townhomes include linens and fully equipped kitchens and are available for an additional $100 per month. Water is included in the rental rate. Millennium Village is located near schools, Independent Grocer and other shops and services. Small pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee. Leasing office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and after hours by arrangement. Professionally managed by Shelter Canadian Properties Limited.
