We recently had to move in in a hurry, and Jay was the most helpful person I spoke to while reaching out to multiple apartments in the area. He went out of his way to explain what was available in the timeframe we needed, and sent additional materials for me to review. He gave sound advice after understanding our situation, and it was honestly his friendliness and willingness to help that resulted in us applying for the apartment sight unseen. After getting everything approved, he was able to work magic for us and get the apartment ready to be moved in almost immediately, which we are very grateful for. When we finally met him at the office for the first time, it was clear that his friendliness and helpfulness was not just over the phone, and we really enjoyed our interaction with him. The apartment was ready to go, and we are still very thankful for his support, even after move in! Thank you very much, Jay!

The Spur apartments are gorgeous and the move in process has been very easy and stress free. I appreciate Marco for all his help within the process. He’s been very pleasant to work with, always available to answer my questions with outstanding customer service. I’m excited to be moving in soon!
