I stayed at AVE for three months while in KOP for an extended business trip. It’s spectacular. The staff are all super friendly, and the guest services area is staffed seven days a week, and into the evenings. This makes life easy for receiving packages and just stopping in to say hi. The residents were also very nice. I had my dog with me. There’s a nice dog park on site. The garage is plenty large with more than enough parking for everyone. The gym was nice too. I used the theater a few times to watch movies, and the business center for conference calls. I also liked the resident appreciation events. I highly recommend the Ave!

This place is great. First off, the apartments here are fantastic. They are all new with lots of space, a great kitchen, and an open feeling. My apartment looks over the courtyard area and has lots of natural light. They also have a great relax/bbq area outside that is great for unwinding. The amenities here are first class. They have a movie theatre that they host sporting events at and you can use it for personal use. There is a HUGE conference room and a number of smaller meeting places if you want to relax outside of your apartment home. Plus it's right next to the town center. They have a TON of really great restaurants within walking distance and a huge mall that literally has everything you would ever need. Best of all the staff here is amazing. Besides being very friendly they are more than willing to go out of their way to make your experience here a good one. Anyone looking to stay in KOP definitely needs to consider AVE as an option!
