I have lived at tides on Charleston for the beginning when it what was lantana I have never had a issue with anyone from property management to property owners. I the recent months I requested a transfer to a different apartment due to my wives situation. The management company was more than willing to help me. Thank to all of you that made this possible.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with The Tides. Our Leasing agent Diana was AWESOME! I recommend everyone to see her, she is professional, nice, and very helpful. Diana kept us informed every step of the way, my paperwork wasn't loading on the website and I emailed them to her she was able to process them and got us approved. Thank you Diana! Shantee Recently had had 2 repairs needed they was taking care of promptly by maintenance.
