I’ve lived at ONE60 for almost 2 years and I love it here. It’s quiet and a well maintained property. Sandie, the property manager is on top of any issues there may be along with the maintenance supervisor, Manny. I never have any problems getting work orders done and when I have questions Sandie is very helpful. Manny takes great care of the pool! I recommend ONE60 for a nice place to live :)

I’ve lived here for almost four years and I absolutely love it. Sandie, the property manager is so sweet and helpful. Kennedy, the leasing agent is also extremely kind and sweet. The lead maintenance guy, Manny, is very friendly and accommodating. The property is well up kept and always clean- from the pool, to the gym, to the clubhouse- everything is stocked, orderly and maintained extremely well. This community is quiet and safe. I have never had any negative issues here with chaos, safety or security. It is by far one of the cleanest, safest, well organized properties I have ever lived at. The staff here is what truly makes a difference as they’re always readily available and accessible. If there’s ever a question or concern, they are always there to help immediately. They’re actually responsive and go out of their way to help the residents with anything they need. My experience living here has truly been wonderful. I don’t know if any other property will meet the expectations and standards that One60 has set as it’s been peaceful and honestly, flawless. I highly recommend One60. The staff, the property, the apartments with attached garages, really don’t get any better.
