The apartments are newly renovated and look great at first glance. However, whoever built the buildings either cheaped out on the insulation or put none in at all. You will hear your neighbors even when they talk at normal volume or have their tv’s on low volume. Management however is very reasonable and will work with you and the location is excellent. If you can sleep through the occasional train and sounds of your neighbors then this is a good deal. If quiet is important to you then this location is not a good fit
