First and foremost, let me preface and state that I’ve only lived in about 3 or 4 different apartments, but The Park at Braun Station is simply on a different level compared to the rest! I love my 1 Bedroom! I walked into the unit for the first time and I just knew. It felt “homey”, it was something that I hadn’t felt in any other apartment complex before. Safety has always been the biggest factor for me when it comes to having a place to call home. This is one of the first complexes where I feel I can trust their mailboxes, and Amazon packages even have their own lockers too! I have met a few of my neighbors so far and they’re so welcoming and nice! It is a very quiet neighborhood and everyone seems to be very adherent to the community policies and guidelines. Anytime I have reached out to the management team, whether it was for something big or small, I always received a response the same day. I’ve yet to not hear back from any concern that I have. These guys definitely know how to manage a property and maintain a phenomenal community in doing so! I’m very glad I discovered The Park at Braun, it’s the first time in a very long time where I almost do not have to worry about anything. Thank you for being so great!!!

We love The Park at Braun Station! It's quiet and very kid friendly! I feel so safe walking around the complex with young daughter. My husband and I are both very happy here.
