We have not had functioning AC in more than a month. The neighbor's AC went out and it took 5 days. They gave us a month of free rent to make up for it.

This place is poorly managed. Infested with roaches and maintenance uses bandaids to fix bullet holes.Furthermore the property manager Maria, is rude and discourteous when addressing tenant issues.
