I had a wonderful experience with Ten.M Flats! From the start, Jose was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the approval and touring process. He was always available to answer my questions and made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and seamless. His professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated. The community itself is fantastic. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which reflects the high standards of the management team. The location is another major plus—it’s just a short walk from The Mall in Columbia.
