I recently had the pleasure of touring these apartments complex with Ayana and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Ayana’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. She greeted me with a friendly smile and a firm handshake, instantly making a positive first impression. Ayana’s professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the tour. Ayana’s knowledge about the property was remarkable. She provided detailed information about the amenities, apartment features, and community benefits, answering all of my questions with ease and confidence. Her ability to highlight the unique aspects of the complex really stood out, making it clear that she is well-versed in her role. What truly set Ayana apart was her genuine interest in understanding my needs and preferences. I had a wonderful experience with Ten.M Flats! From the start, Jose was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the approval and touring process. He was always available to answer my questions and made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and seamless. His professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated. The community itself is fantastic. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which reflects the high standards of the management team. The location is another major plus—it’s just a short walk from The Mall in Columbia. Overall, Ten.M Flats is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a modern, clean, and well-situated place to call home. With team members like Jose providing such excellent service, it’s clear they prioritize their residents’ satisfaction. Highly recommend!

For some reason my previous review got deleted so reposting…My husband and I recently moved out of TenM after almost 4yrs due to job relocation and I only have positive things to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our apartment on the top floor with great unrestricted views. If given an option I would choose to buy my unit. TenM is located in the heart of Columbia. Love the fact that you have access to the best of both worlds-nature and urban setting; you are walking distance away from the lake, mall, library, hospitals & doctors, grocery shopping, restaurants, Bowling, Merriweather concerts, community gatherings and concerts at Lake Kitt, etc. Besides that the apartment itself has state of the art amenities and features. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooking range, huge islands and a lot of storage, SS appliances with ice/water dispenser, large walk through closets and the guest bathroom always gave a feeling of 2master bedrooms as it had a private entrance from the guest bedroom as well…You get Controlled fob access to both the buildings-TenM & MFlats, Bike room, barbecue area, multiple spacious lounges, reading areas on each floor, 2 swimming pools with sunbathing area and hammocks, 2fitness centers, virtual game room & other games like air hockey, shuffleboard, basketball, billiards. They also have secure package lockers, pet station, gated floor level parking for the residents and public/guest parking, air & vacuum station and many more. I can go on and on about this place. TenM felt like you are Living beyond the dream. We loved walking the hallways to our unit overlooking the pool and the lobby and club room was outstanding. Saw lot of staff join in and leave but everyone was really nice. Never had a package lost as oversized packages were delivered to the concierge and a reminder was sent to the residents to pick the package at the earliest. TenM continuously hosts a lot of events for the residents. During Covid we enjoyed all the virtual events like paint nights, bingo, yoga, chef cooking, mixology, plant care, etc and food trucks. If you love living at a happening place without ever getting bored come to TenM. Compared to MFlats where most of the amenities and events happen, TenM had tranquility and we had a fantastic 4yr long vacation.
