Dawn is the only reason 12 North tenants provide such stellar reviews. She is funny, kind, sagacious and more importantly, makes us feel like we are living in a home. I have been residing in 12 North for the past six years and my experience has been extremely positive. I am particular about my maintenance needs and Dawn and her team have always catered to them. I have had my share of rental housing management experiences on both sides of the spectrum and I can assure you that Dawn is the best so far. She has raised the bar so high that I would encourage prospective industry new comers or experienced professionals to train under her.

A great choice! I lived in 12 North for 2 years, Dawn is a superb manager! All my maintenance requests in these 2 years were handled super efficiently, within 24-48 hours. The location of the apartment itself is very convenient. I can find any thing I need within 3-mile radius of the apartment. Security was never a concern for me while living at 12 North. 10/10 recommended!
