Shawanna was extremely thorough. I signed my lease in the midst of the company changing managers and this left me in a state of confusion. Shawanna not only heard my concerns but she sympathized with them and addressed them immediately. She made accommodations for all of the inconveniences and brought to light all that she was correcting with gave me plenty satisfaction. Victor brought to light lots of concerns and made sure everything was clarified and understandable. He had the honor of giving me my apartment keys. 🤎

I absolutely love the way this place has turned around from my first visit! I had the pleasure of meeting the new assistant manager Sam as she took me on a tour and showed me around explaining the process of getting my new home. I loved the way she and Melissa made sure I was taken care of and actually made me feel like they had known me for years! I can’t get over how inviting they both made me feel, you don’t get that much in this industry anymore. I definitely recommend if you’re interested in renting to ask for Sam or Melissa,not only will they make you feel like family they will get you exactly what you’re looking for. Thank you ladies for all your help and thank you for actually making me feel WELCOMED
