The management and owners changes constantly. After 9 years of residency I havent had this hard of a time keeping my place to live. The management has changed 3 times and the newest management is literally impossible to work with. They are judgmental, irritable, pompous and try to evict people to bring in better money for the property. Essentially if you can't afford to pay full rent and need HUD they will do anything to dodge you and cause you to lose your HUD early.
