The Huntington Apartments are located in the SW Quadrant of the City of Calgary, in what is known as the Lower Mount Royal residential subdivision. It consists of one free-standing, two and a half storey residential apartment building, along with a detached eight car garage structure. The building comprises of 17 residential units and a variety of bachelor, one bedroom and two bedroom layouts.
