Tiffany Derr-Diaz has made this whole thing such a pleasant experience. She's helped make things easy and told us everything we needed to know. She is on top of everything and is very good at her job. We moved in last week and we are very happy here so far. When we moved in, we were greeted by very lovely neighbors who even offered to help us with our stuff. We love our unit! It's clean and spacious. Briarwood is a lovely community. Happy to live here! Update: We only lived here for 9 months but during that time, we've had such a wonderful experience. The community was very peaceful, neighbors were lovely, and Tiffany was always available and super helpful. Wish we could bring her with us! We will definitely miss this place. Highly recommend!!!

Briarwood in laporte is one of the top apartment complex’s in town! Although for personal unforeseen reasons we can’t move in, we still want to give a good rating. The apartments are very nice, and the community is always kept very nice and clean! We also want to give Tiffany a shout out for helping us in every way possible. She was so helpful and we greatly appreciated everything she did for us! Hopefully in the near future we can be in a better position and be able to live in this community! Thank you for everything - The Fye’s
