I have lived here for less than a year. I was very impressed with the square footage and price of the unit. Also the amenities are fantastic which include a gym, washer/dryer and basic cable at no additional charge. Sarah is an excellent property manager. Terry is a great maintenance man. There are security cameras throughout the property and a security system is provided in each unit that connects to the police at no additional charge. I will definitely renew my lease.

Tiffany is a legend! She has been my property manager over at Timbercreek for many years and have followed her after 15 years living at Timbercreek to Greenhaven Trace. Greenhaven is definitely an upgrade and I am loving my Apartment. Thank you Tiffany!
