M South is a great apartment community to live in. When I first toured I felt immediately at home.. Teri showed me around and helped me with my lease / move in.. She was super friendly and extremely professional. Based on my experience so far everyone has been great. The maintenance team communicates well, is professional and helpful. Grounds are clean, the pool is well maintained and parking is easy and accessible. Overall I feel at home and relaxed in this community and any issues I have had have been addressed immediately. Thank you M South, you guys rock.
