If you have not met the staff or toured you are seriously missing out!!! I remember first calling to check availability and DIEGO was very helpful! I came to the regency and toured the very next day and fell in loveee! I finally leased my unit and the views are incredible and my apartment feels top notch! The staff Diego, Lori and Erin are so nice and I feel comfortable coming to them for anything! I appreciate The Regency and I recommend everyone to give The Regency the chance to surprise you like they surprised me. There is literally so much to do here! From the 24/7 gym, convenience store, rooftop pool and lounge, etc. best apartment I’ve ever lived in!!!

Becky and her staff at The Regency helped make this my home away from home. I spent the last year working on a contract in Oklahoma City. Everyone from the Management and leasing staff to the night consierege were friendly, helpful and responsive to my requests. The new owners are making an investment in the area. They have upgraded all of the shared use areas and are making upgrades to each unit as they come available. The sense of community from the monthly events to the small talk with neighbors in the lobby or the elevators really made me feel welcome. Some of the residents have been here since the building opened. It’s been great to share their village. The family that owns the bodega downstairs are super friendly and will stock or get anything you might want. At the end of a long day nothing is better than a good meal at one of the many restaurants that are walking distance from my door and a cold beverage on my patio with the best view available of Midtown. Thank you guys for everything.
