Booked a weekend through VRBO at the Exchange 24 in Winona, and it was cancelled the night before we were to arrive. I would definitely NOT recommend!!! Especially through Matt Shortridge in the Exchange 24. Left stranded. If I could leave less than one star, I would!

Been a long term resident. Rent on my 2 br and garage are reasonable, less than other places. Mtnce comes and fixes issues quickly. Allows 2 cats. Beautiful view of golf course. Management minds their own, but friendly. I call it home, my house, my place.
