This apartment is equipped with modern amenities and boast high ceilings, with original maple flooring that adds to the timeless appeal. As part of Winona's bustling downtown area, tenants can enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, grocery stores, colleges, parks, and event venues. Tenants can also benefit from in-unit laundry and secured entrances with cameras, ensuring privacy and security. Each apartment is already set up with internet and is $65/month that will be added to the monthly rent. There is no way to opt out of choosing to have internet. Utilities Included: Water/Sewer Snow/Lawn Care Utilities Not Included: Electricity Amenities: Each apartment has in unit washer and dryer, and will be issued a parking pass for off street parking. Cats Only: Pet policy allows up to 2 animals in the apartment. Each animal will be required to be fully vaccinated. A copy of vaccinations are to be provided to management before the animal may live on the property. Each animal moving into the home will be required to have a 1x nonrefundable pet fee of $250 per animal along with a monthly pet rent fee of $50/month per animal that will be living in the home. Animals must be at least 2years old. If you have any further questions any questions in regard to the size of an animal, please contact us to discuss. If you would like to us to send you an application or schedule a date/time to tour the property, please contact us. Booked a weekend through VRBO at the Exchange 24 in Winona, and it was cancelled the night before we were to arrive. I would definitely NOT recommend!!! Especially through Matt Shortridge in the Exchange 24. Left stranded. If I could leave less than one star, I would!
