My daughter and I have lived at Pikeview Manor for about 6 months. We have really enjoyed living here. The location is quiet but also very conveniently located to everything. Church, school, restaurants and stores are all within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a full-size swimming pool open all summer, a 24/7 fitness center, car cleaning and charging station, as well as a playground on grounds and plenty of open field for kids to play in outside. The office and maintenance staff are all incredible. Everyone I have worked with since moving in has been very helpful and kind. Upon moving in, the apartment was very clean, well beyond all expectations and required no additional cleaning (which made moving in MUCH easier). Maintenance is very courteous and goes above and beyond to take care of any (be they simple or complex) issues quickly and to a very high standard. I have greatly enjoyed my time living here so far and am really glad I landed at Pikeview. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Beckley area. You won't be disappointed!

My husband moved into Pikeview Apartments about three years ago now. We got married two years ago and I moved in with him in a one bedroom apartment. If you are recently married and are looking to start your new life together, Pikeview Manor Apartments is definitely the way to go! They are pet friendly, which is definitely a plus as we have a cat named Eddie who is our world. There is a pool and gym within walking distance, and maintenance has always been super quick, extremely friendly and just great with pets as well. We are conveniently close to almost everything. I feel safe here and all of our neighbors have been kind. I highly recommend Pikeview Manor Apartments, you won’t regret moving here! (Please excuse all of the cat toys everywhere in the pictures, Eddie is very spoiled! The bedroom is super spacious as well, it’s just too messy to take a picture of! Haha).

Where do we even begin. At the end of August my husband accepted a job here in West Virginia. My husband, myself and our lab Moose, were on a very tight timeline and didn’t have much time to look at the area, let alone living accommodations. When reaching out to some local friends, they all highly recommended Pikeview Manor Apartments. We had to get a couple ducks in a row very quickly, and fortunately there was an apartment opening up the exact time that we were moving. The move, getting our house listed in PA, and getting all the pieces of the puzzle was extremely stressful. The only thing NOT stressful was any & all the details with Pikeview! What made me feel so comfortable is knowing that we are with a five minute drive to literally any necessity, Walmart, Sam’s Club Starbucks for my caffeine fix, any fast food restaurant you could imagine…… (Which, as you can figure - the first week we moved in we basically hit up every single one of them.) From the second that we were approved for the apartment, the staff went above and beyond to check in on us to make sure that we had everything we needed for the move, making sure that all of our questions were answered, and even going as far as getting me certain measurements for our living room, so I could make sure our couch would fit!! Once we moved in, it was very easy to understand why people loved it here. Of course, our luck, we missed pool season but the amenities are wonderful! They also host once a month, a themed gathering… For the month of December obviously it was a tree lighting, coupled with Christmas music, festive Christmas treats, hot chocolate, and being surrounded by family away from family! They do have a gym on site, a common hall that you can rent out for parties or get-togethers, Tennis courts/Pickle ball courts, Basketball, a small dog park and an outdoor pool! Including the grounds, everything is well kept and immaculate! When we moved in, we could not get over how clean the apartment was, and just how much storage you really have!! For any maintenance issues, you simply put in a request on the app, and I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes! I’m talking even for the simplest of things, changing a light bulb, to locking yourself out of the apartment, to increasing water pressure or just routine checks! You will very quickly get to know every single person on the staff and maintenance team… especially if you have a dog! They have dog treats waiting in the front lobby, don’t worry your dog will drag you to them! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. They don’t feel like staff they feel like family! We are so incredibly fortunate to have found the Pikeview Manor Apartments when we did. We’ve only been here for 3 months, and we cannot wait to see what other adventures Pikeview Manor has in store for us!! (Not all of the apartments are the same but I figured I would share some pictures of what ours looks like. We have a two bedroom one bath apartment on the 2nd floor!) I also wanted to share how loved our puppers is and how beautiful it is here! 🥰
