What a great place to live. From the Staff to the neighbors everyone is so friendly. The people here really care about the community. I have lived here for over 5 years and love it. Wildlife abounds from rabbits, squirrels and so many birds. If your looking for a nice place with reasonable price the Westbury should be at the top of your list to check out.

I love living in this community! I have been here since June 2014 and can say that it is a great place to live. The office staff are VERY personable (Julie and Shannen) and helpful if I've had questions or concerns. They love to laugh just like me. The maintenance staff (especially Shawn and John) go out of their way to make sure everything in your home is working at its very best. If something needs to be fixed or replaced, they are immediately (within 24 hours) on it. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. In a lot of places it feels like you are in a park! I love seeing the squirrels playing and the birds doing their thing (although the crows could wait until later to start cawing). Parking can be an issue but there are rules to follow and some people just don't follow them. Rules are very important when you have to "supervise" so many people/personalities and the tenants need to realize they need to follow them and to be an adult about it. I love that the entire property is SMOKE FREE and that I don't have to worry about someone lighting up right outside my door. I give the WESTBURY a 5 STAR rating and hope that future residents know that this is a great place to live.
