I’ve lived here for a year now and absolutely have loved every minute of it. I haven’t had the best luck with my HVAC system (not their fault; hot water heater broke, AC went out, etc.) and they have always fixed the issue at hand immediately. I am never waiting on a maintenance request. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and they were a huge help when I was trying to get my pervious roommate off the lease. It’s a quiet complex despite being next to a hospital. The walls are pretty thick and I hardly hear my neighbors. The place is pet friendly and well kept. I would have no issue referring others to this complex.

Lived here for about 4mo now, haven't had any issues with apartment except for clogged shower head due to beavercreek's hard water. It was easily fixed by providing my own. All the women in the office are very nice. Haven't had any issues with bugs or loud noises like I've experienced in previous apartments. It's been a nice place for me and my pets.
