Wonderful updated lofted apartment, we loved being so close to downtown but were blown away by how quiet the apartment was even with all the road construction going on on University Ave! We lived here for a year and have no complaints. We were out of the country for a week with no cell service and my mom was supposed to watch my cat but lost the key I left for her, the staff was kind enough to make her another key free of charge and when we returned from our trip, my mom had very nice things to say about the ordeal and the staff.

I really enjoyed living here. The rent was reasonable and the management company was very professional. My dog and I lived here four nearly four years and the annual rent increase was very moderate and affordable. Great location with quick access to downtown and a park within walking distance. Highly recommend
