As soon as we entered this community’s office, we were and felt very welcomed. We appreciate Grant’s warm and present energy. Grant patiently listened to our needs taking us on a tour of the grounds and several units. Honestly, although we visited other properties, Grant’s warmth, efficiency played a very significant role in our decision in accepting the final invitation to live in this beautiful community over others we saw this week. Maintenance was wonderful. I asked them to unclog my bathtub. They came that same day. Super friendly and did a great job.
