Absolutely ridiculous people to deal with... that is if you can actually get a hold of them. Their hours of availability are ludicrous and they are awful demanding for a group that is so slow at getting back to you!. Demanding a full security deposit just to obtain the utilities information. Then I was informed that the security deposit is non-refundable if I decide that the apartment is not for me. Granted, you can only view an apartment for one or two hours, on a Thursday, once a week. So you can wait an entire week and hope that you don't have a job or life and can bend your will and time to fit their useless hours of operation. This whole town is silly on hours but this place earns a special place in the halls of difficult to deal with. But the good news is they can charge you $50 for the application fee and waste your time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE 👌 Also happy to share my saved communications with these derelict folks.
