Two-car max per unit. The shared laundry is located in the basement along with a secure storage room for each unit. Water, sewer, garbage, and landscaping are all included in the rent. Tenant pays electricity, gas, and cable TV/internet (if desired). This property is cat-friendly, up to two cats, with a $250 refundable deposit per cat. Sorry, dogs and no co-signers.
