If I could give them 0 stars I would. There is really no leasing office or direct contact person. Maintenance is contracted out, so if there are issues, it takes forever to get resolved because there is no in house staff working there. When something is wrong, it is so difficult to get in contact with a property manager or ANYONE for that matter. I'm not evens sure who is the person to contact to resolve issues in the apartment complex. Nice loft-style apartments but it is not worth the hassle. Property Management is horrible.

This is a great place to stay if you love your privacy and personal space being invaded. Whether it’s project management team or maintenance staff, they’ll let you know about random work that needs to be done in your apartment with less than 24 hours notice. Don’t worry though, if you’re not home they’ll let themselves right in without a second thought. Even better, a couple of my neighbors have had staff come into their apartments at night while they’re sleeping, without consent. And if you have issues, don’t worry either. They’ll “listen” to your complaints and do nothing about them expect hold silly party’s in the lobby. Which somehow are supposed to make up for their genuine lack of consideration for communication or your home.
