I love living here. I was very nervous considering the area and the bad rep it gets, but I haven't had any issues. (We still take precautions to keep our stuff safe, though! Lock up your vehicle) It's clean, landscaping every Tuesday. The trash is picked up regularly, you'll never see an overflow of trash in the dumpster, so no flies! Exterminator comes every 3 months and we have absolutely no signs of bugs whatsoever, not even Palmetto bugs, even though there are trees everywhere! The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is amazing and responds within the hour. Office staff is sweet and not pushy which is a blessing.

Robin!! Robin…Robin…Robin…..is a LITERAL saint. I was hopeless finding an apartment after so many applications. But this lady, she got me approved so quickly. I cried and cried of joy. She literally has helped me in so many ways and I’ll be moving in on July 14th. Thank you so much Robin. And there rent is very cheap compared to a lot of other places. I think I will love it here. But I really can’t thank Robin enough and the manager she talked too. 💕
