This is the best leasing office I’ve ever had. They fix every problem promptly and are so nice! Everyone is super friendly in the community and I have made many friends just in passing! Ashlyn runs a tight ship and is incredible if you cross her I will destroy you.

This is the best complex in this city with an amazing long standing reputation, and that’s coming from a super picky person. I have been a resident at Creekside at Kenneys Fort for over 2 years. I love most about this community that lease policies and rules are actually enforced here. YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT ANYWHERE ELSE. So many people on here are sweating the small stuff. 100% of the things they’re complaining about you find at EVERY complex in this city. If you’re determined to find every little thing wrong, you will. The lease agents treat all residents exactly the same- with kindness and RESPECT. If you violate lease terms by breaking rules, of course it won’t feel pleasant when they’re having to issue warnings because- it’s their job to keep this place nice. Before I moved here, my resident sisters told me about their living experience from the start. Prior to Ashlyn taking over management, there were many issues. All of this has started to drastically change for the better ever since ONE person took over management- ASHLYN. She goes above and beyond to take care of not only the complex, but the residents. She is extremely fair, and affords many chances for residents to correct deficiencies with plenty of warning. People complaining likely are not thinking about the good of all residents and the complex, the way a good manager has to. To anyone that disagrees, where accountability feels like a personal attack, when ironically we all signed the same lease agreement outlining very clearly laid out policies. Ashlyn is the ONLY reason I decided to move in on my own lease here, while my other siblings have stuck around and renewed their own separate leases as well. Maintenance Leader, Ariel, was also another factor too. Maintenance works so hard here to help out residents often the same day an issue is reported. With a referral that centered around Ashlyn being an amazing manager, Creekside has gained the benefit of 3 “pay on time” residents that are easy to manage, considerate, quiet, happy to be here, & respect the property rules and policies. We share Ashlyn’s pride in the community and do our part to keep it looking nice and welcoming to future residents. So many other managers would “take the easy route” and not address resident concerns or hold non compliant residents accountable. But she continues to do amazing work from the first day she started managing Creekside, as the managers all before her were…not great. I want to reiterate- I started a lease here BECAUSE of Ashlyn. She deserves more praise than any manager I’ve ever leased with. She is so warm and friendly and she is so professional! The sweetest woman and she actually upholds policies!!! THANK YOU!!!! She’s absolutely turning this community around. 2020-2021 is when I saw a sharp decline of the state of this complex and the residents were allowed to remain living here that repeatedly violated lease policies that directly impacted neighbors. Those who do not think Ashlyn is nice or kind are clearly not residents that follow the rules and have problems with accountability and the enforcement of property guidelines they already agreed to per their lease. Ashlyn is literally the best human, inside and out, and we can’t ask for a better manager to lead our community. Thanks Creekside! Feel free to reach out to me personally and I would be happy to share more great things about Ashlyn. I have more than enough amazing things to rave about for her and this community. To be clear, if Ashlyn is ever not managing this property- for any reason- consider this my move out notice in advance when the lease is up. I’ll go to whatever property she manages, HAPPILY.
