This is a great community to live in. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to work with residents on some things. They've even been willing to stop by my apartment and pick up my rent money order when I was too sick to get out. I call that above and beyond! And it's not the only example. They aren't intrusive and I really feel like I have privacy here. I'm quite comfortable and it feels like Home. My apartment is easy to heat / cool and I'm very happy with my utility costs here. The complex is also very quick to respond to snow and ice, and they clear the sidewalks right up to your front door.

I went on a tour and the lady was so helpful on explaining the process of applying and how it all works. I love how this place is set up and the complex seems to be taken care of. I would recommend them 100%
