A family member who used to live here passed away recently, and it was extremely difficult to find someone to talk to about the situation. My father, who was this family member's power of attorney, tried various ways of contact with no responses or had dead lines. The office stays closed at all times, and they have had no property manager for who knows how long. The phone number on the sign had a full inbox, the maintenance pager number did not go through, and the phone number on their website went to voicemail. (Speaking of which, the website is 100% a false representation of the apartment complex!!) Finally after a week, my father had to leave an envelope in the rent payment slot at the office with a letter and everything necessary to close out the apartment. It should not be this difficult to get ahold of somebody, especially after an unfortunate time such as a death in the family. Update: A few days later they got in contact with my dad. Thank you for letting him keep the deposit.
