This a beautiful new apartment building. The staff is kind, the building clean and the apartments beautiful. There is a very nice gym, separate yoga room, a large lounge with pool, fireplace, kitchen, home theater with blackout curtains and chairs for lounging. You can rent this room for a night. There is a pool, a nice conference room you can use and bathrooms, with showers in the halls. There is also storage offered if you need it for a low price. My sun has rented an apartment here. I will update the post as it goes forward. The only issue is that we were told water sewer and trash were included. My son and I took notes and both wrote it down. When my son was signing the lease, he noticed that he was responsible. She chuckled and said that we must have misunderstood, she said it is all on the portal together and you can pay for it there. I assure you, by no means did she say that. A bit of bait and switch, but still the nicest apartments around. Image removed by request of staff.

Berkshire Central is a great place to call it home for almost half a decade! The environment is calm and surrounded by nature, bond, gardens and plenty of empty parking spots outside. Keeping in mind it’s only 15 minutes or less from city centre. It does have all the amenities you can find any of the new apartments in the Downtown area. But what separates from the rest is the office stuff. I mean energetic, helpful, and very welcoming. With inflation and cost of living going up nowadays I think it’s reasonable price for two bedrooms which I’m currently occupying. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It's funny I really don't leave reviews as much but because I do refer this complex and to see someone leave such a nasty review, because they are fixing a light figure it's crazy be blessed they have a quick turn around on such things and don't tell us to wait until MOnday on such a hott forecasted weekend. In regards to the maintenance let me explain how I just put in a request earlier this week and got a response this week as well. ( heck at my old place it took 2 weeks and still no results) . In regards to the noise I'm confused because you only hear noise while walking through the hallways because it seems the main entry doors are thin which is questionable bc how much of your private information can be heard walking by. However even with the new company they have taken the time out to fix the roof so that residents on the top floor can live better knowing it won't be a problem come winter time. Yes it may hurt some feelings but try living else where when your paying about as much and they give you the ring around. This is a nice place to live and all staff is amazing the new and the old with Qamar in office as the head poncho and her Rockstar maintenance, the wonderful garden out back what else do you need before you move out into a home except for a place to call home until then. The grass is green here with a trail and bikes they allow you to check out the rent may be questionable at times but it beats other place who charge as much and give a heck of alot less .. So to the people I have checking this place out try to disregard some of the negative feed back as some people are bored with nothing else to complain about. Bonus the trash area is never as full or smelly as my last place so that's a plus. The community room is always open within the hours listed unless it's being reserved. And they have a game room. 🎮 happy Friday and happy shopping 🛍 thank you for a wonderful place to call home until we find a house. My only complaint is the mosquitos at night a fogger or something would be nice if you have forgotten your bug spray.
