Ms Erica attempted to resolve my issue regarding the door opener but unsuccessful because replacements were on back order. I was extremely pleased with the service Ms Erica provided because she was professional as well as personal. She accessed the problem kept me informed and once she knew what was required, she informed me immediately. She was timely, informative and professional. She exceeded my expectations; thereby becoming an asset to your organization.

Andrea Oaks is THE boss lady!! I don't know if I can put into words to express HOW amazing she is. Let me give some back story as to why Andrea Oaks is top notch. My ex (whom I'm working things out with- but easier to say ex for now) got an apartment at Southaven Pointe in June 2024. Long story short: (watch me tell it long anyways...) the address on the lease was wrong which was causing issues with getting electric and cable turned on, but no matter how many times we emailed about it AND went by the office, we were basically told "it is what it is". I had insane amounts of anxiety over this because I just knew my ex was about to get screwed. But I digress. There were some issues inside of the apartment as well and the leasing manager at the time, though she might still be there...told me nothing could be done since the lease was signed and the apartment was already accepted AND even told me issues would be had if I continued to try and reach out on his behalf- even though he was copied on every email AND even replied that he gave permission for the apartment office to speak to me...but again, I digress. (let me say, this is my ex's first time to get an apartment and he's SO very laid back.. couple that with a new leasing agent...and as a result- a proper walk thru of the apartment was NOT done)...hence the issues. I did a lil SOS on my social media asking for friends that might be in the apartment leasing industry (with no further details) and a friend of mine tagged Andrea. I reached out and asked some general questions at first, having NO clue she worked for this company (but at another property). What are the odds?? You know what she did? She got the lease amended with the correct address within DAYS, and got maintenance scheduled to come in and fix the issues within the apartment. Let me say that again....within DAYS she fixed the issues I have been harping the previous folks about for almost a month. And she's a property manager at another location!! I sure hope this review makes its way up the chain and the "top dogs" see what a JEWEL they have in Andrea Oaks. I am in the customer service industry myself and finding folks who have a great work ethic and put in that little bit of extra is so very hard to come by! While this apartment complex IS way under par...if the company would employ folks who care, like Andrea...things can get done and turn around for the better. Thank you for all who took the time to read my mini novel <3
