As Prime management has assisted taking over and updating the units, I'm impressed! I was looking for an affordable spacious studio to rent and was not disappointed to have the friendly management agent, Rose, make my move stress free. The center fountain, groomed bushes, and trees in the courtyard create a peaceful quiet outdoor seating area. The tenants are all respectful of eachother and I feel safe having my son here

The management is the problem! High rent!/ raises, no parking, constant police presence for bad, not good. Vandalism, destroyed property, and a rise in theft. Look elsewhere!
