We just signed the papers for our son's new apartment and couldn't be more thrilled. Living on the West Coast, we based our decision to pursue WP on videos/photos of the property and some much needed long distance hand-holding from leasing specialist Marly. A real life saver! Many emails later, Marly kindly arranged a tour for a local friend to send us video of the unit we wanted. Appreciate it, Marly!! The apartment did not disappoint. Gorgeous! And thanks to Terrence (so wonderful!!), we signed our lease! He was professional, accommodating, and got us across the finish line. He made himself accessible, patiently answering all of our questions with a smile and sense of humor. Really helped to alleviate the stress of securing an apartment. All buildings should have a great team like this one. Our son can't wait to move in to this fabulous community!
