A step up from our last slumlord apartment. Well taken care of on the inside, replaces all carpets like they're supposed to, and appliances usable up to date. Landlord can be fairly difficult to reach as he runs 2 complexes and I'm sure is extremely busy, but friendly and professional when you speak with him. A block from a nice little water front park. Main problem is the neighborhood is kinda sketchy. Supposed to be getting better but there's isn't much more they can do about that.
