So far, so good. Moving in was a seamless process, and working with the members of the front office staff (Pleasant, Emma and Desirae ) has been a breeze. They were all very attentive to my concerns and questions, provided me with all the documentation I needed to feel comfortable (which I appreciate because I get anxious about moving 🥲) I love my apartment so far; a few things to tweak, but nothing maintenance cannot fix. ❤️ the surrounding grounds are very clean and it’s seems nice and quiet. Will do a 3, 6, and lease end update!

Today's Date: 10/3/2023: Since Google wouldn't allow me to create a new review, after posting the one below two months ago, I had to write this one! J.D. did a great job once again! He repaired our bathtub's drain and kitchen sink's drain that were clogged, as well as our microwave that stopped working! The guy is just a genius and is very kind! He can repair anything! I thank God for him and for our Apartment's Management team! They are reliable and care about us! I recommend Perimeter 5550 to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay! ....................................................................... I had an issue with two of my doorknobs malfunctioning and after I called Management to repair them, J.D. arrived quickly and fixed them within minutes! He was very professional and did a great job!
