Funding was pulled by the USDA because the owner(previous) went into default. The owner(previous) went into default because the property is having major structural issues due to the settling that has occurred over time; the property was not shored up correctly before the two story buildings were constructed. The owner(previous) did not want to/could not pay for corrections that are necessary for the safety of occupants. The new owner is going to rent them out in spite of the settling issues. Renter beware.
