I currently live here and I only do because we want to live in Adel. I only gave it 1 star because that's the lowest I could rate this place. 2 times we noticed someone came into our apartment without notice or is giving them permission. Brenda, the on site manager who is never there, didn't do anything except change the locks. When the maintenance man came, he took the dead bolt out and left our apt open for over half the day. Luckily my boyfriend had off that day because otherwise anyone could see our apt was open and come in and steal everything. We found out it was the maintmaintenance guy who came into our apt. And Brenda didn't do anything. They do not care about the safety of the tenants. They only care about their greedy selves.

Raised the Rent, rraised cost of washers & dryer buts still same old nasty machines, they let dogs in now that's going to be a disaster. Wish this property owner nothing but bad luck, NO STARS NO STARS
