I lived in Central Park Manor from 2015-2018, and my experience could not have gone any better. Cherie (manager) and the rest of the staff were always kind, courteous, and quick with responses. The very few times I had an issue come up with my apartment, it was fixed within 24 hours. The building is extremely quiet; I can honestly say I never once heard another resident on either side or above me. Parking is easy, location is great (within walking distance to many restaurants in Hopkins). Living in Central Park Manor was easily the best apartment experience I've had.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and so far, it is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have lived in. It is not the newest facility, but what it lacks in being new, more than makes up for in how quiet it is here. Even in the summer when the windows are open, it is typically very quiet. The management is extremely friendly and will do anything to address any issue you might have. My neighbors are all very respectful and very nice. I do not have any complaints what-so-ever. I highly recommend you come and make Central Park your new home.
