Currently living here! Very pleased with my experience so far. It is an old building, but they renovate and try to keep it nice. The landlords are friendly (ie. If you are responsible with rent and something unforeseen happens and you forget to pay, they do not charge ridiculous late fees). As soon as we put in a work order, maintenance comes the next day! The walls are thick so you do not hear neighbors. Rent is reasonable and includes: garage parking spot, heat, electricity, garbage, and water!
