our move in was very smooth- things i didnt think of before. the garage gate clearly shows maximum height allowance so trucks know if they can fit or not. the elevators are TALL, so furniture fits. (i had a friend who had to return couch to store when delivery guys could not get it in the elevator!) plenty of light in the garage. i really appreciated all 3 of these things.
