After reading all the reviews on this page I couldn't believe it. I've live here 4 years. Maintenence man Josh is very considerate and reasonable. The front office lady Crystal is very inviting and nice. I've always had any issues resolved in a timely manner. The don't just walk into your apartment withumour asking. I would highly recommend chambers Apartments.

I lived there for 7 years and I'm 43 years old. Cheap rent. No crime and very quiet. I never have a problem. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking space after I went out all night. Crystal is very good and nice and reasonable manager. I moved out because I bought a house! Rob Hunter

I lived here for years. It is cheap and safe. If you are an OSU student, you really can't do better for the price. It's a short walk to the west campus bus line or you can take COTA straight to campus. Unlike University Apartments (not actually affiliated with OSU) they don't start showing the apartment 3 months after you move in. The Chambers never paraded prospective tenants through the place the entire time I lived there. There are a lot of slum lords around OSU, the Chambers is not bad.

The worst rent agency I have ever seen, they make it too difficult for their clients to rent an apartment. If you don't want to waste your time don't go to them , because they act like they are going to rent you the white house, too much dramatic. They will ask you for your grandma's rental history too😅🤣😂

Racist as hell and rude management! Poor maintenance: they say it is free, but they will find a way to charge you!! Old-crapy apartment! If you don't like bugs, spiders, and Centipedes, don't move-in! Hallways are filthy and they clean them once a year!
