Another lease another year.I been living here for 5 years and have no complains at all great ladies from the office.Maintence is awesome and when i need something it is taken care of.I am not going anywhere anytime soon.This is my home and so happy to be a part of Summerlin.Thank You sharlene and Rosalyn for always being so attentive.

Me and my brother were putting grocery’s away when the fridge broke and started flooding the house that it’s self is terrible and I’d give this a 1 star expect for the fact that a guy named Chris on HIS FIRST DAY ran up to our home without even being called to start working man he needs a damn promotion asap he’s easily way better then any other repair guy I’ve had to talk with thank you so much Chris
