I know there a lot of mixed reviews but I have lived here for about 5 years and have seen several manager's come and go as well in the consultants come and go. When i first moved in I was misinformed on a few things with the apartment and over time things had got worse but when I went to not renew my lease I had stopped into the front office and met Tamika. She was the first manager to take the time out her busy schedule to listen to my concerns and it actually made a difference. Tamika and Denise came at time where they had to do a lot of clean up but they went above and beyond and above again to accommodate me and transferred me into a much better apartment. I was not happy in my previous apartment. My current apartment I feel at peace. Denise worked overtime to ensure the apartment was secured and Tamika also wanted to make sure the apartment was ready to her liking to make sure the transfer would be a smooth transition . They are doing the best they can with all the changes but I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion. Thank you again to Tamika and Denise they are really great at what they do!

Tamika and Denise are always friendly and always willing to help with whatever task I hand them. As a first timer in the renting world, they made it super easy to move into my apartment by helping me every step of the way.
