About Avon Apartments
Note: Vinyl plank flooring was installed in main living area. Photo is from before. My amazing tenant just gave me notice. My loss, your gain. You're simply gonna love this building. Close to Lake walk, Papa Murphy's, Caribou Coffee and quick access to freeway or campus. Zoom Zoom! All you pay is lights and internet. Got a bike? Easy commute to all the local attractions like Fitgers, Sir Ben's and Canal Park. If you are headed to UMD, you have one serious hill. The way back is a breeze. Built in the 1950s this 11 unit apartment building offers plenty of parking, a spacious layout and all you pay is lights, internet, and cable. We cover the rest. If you are tired of "tired-looking" properties, you have found the ultimate unit. About the only drawback is the smaller size stove. Everything else rocks. We will consider 1 cat for an extra fee. Pet fee is either a one time fee of $300 or monthly pet rent of $30.00. You decide what’s easier. In addition to rent, we charge a $30/mo utility fee to help us pay the big bills-heat, water and sewer and garbage. For the fastest response, make sure you fill out the questionnaire that we send via e-mail. Keep in mind you must earn 3 times the rent, have decent credit and super references. For example, your income is $2,700 or higher with a minimum credit score of 650
