I’ve had a very uneventful two years living here. That’s great! Whenever minor issues have come up, they’ve always been taken care of right away. I love my apartment and its location to school. The staff and administration is always friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend The Pavilion.

Honest and professional staff and owner with the tennants best interest at heart! I rented from Leigh Ann for 2 years and never had a single issue and was constantly treated with dignity and respect. Safe and well maintained property within great proximity to WSCC Campus and the local economy!
