My family has been so impressed by Julian and Matt in the rental office. They have been attentive, Efficient, Professional and very kind. This was the first apartment I had rented in a very long time. I lived in a house for many years so I didn't know what to expect. I lived at Cedars Lakeside for 17 months and waited to write a review until after I moved out. My building faced the woods so it was very quiet. Whenever I had a question or concern the manager, Julian, was very quick to respond. I rarely needed maintenance but when I did, they were also very quick to address what needed to be fixed. My deposit was promptly mailed to me within 3 weeks of my moving out. The move in and move out process was seamless. Rent is expensive wherever you go. Considering the market, I felt this was a better deal than what was available in other apartments in the area. I felt safe and access to the interstate was nice.
